How do I scan a document?

Tap the scan button on the home screen, choose your document type, then use your camera or select an image from your gallery. The app will automatically analyze and extract information.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your documents are stored securely with encryption. We never share your personal data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account" at the bottom. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data.

Can I share documents with family members?

Yes. You can create family member profiles and assign documents to them for organized management.

What document types are supported?

MyIDs supports ID cards, passports, licenses, and general documents. The AI automatically detects the document type and extracts relevant information.
